Billet Vent Light Mounts for Baja Designs Squadron 2.0 – 2024+ Toyota Tacoma (4th Gen)
Your 4th Gen Tacoma's front vents were built for more than looks. So we turned that factory opening into a clean home for a pair of Baja Designs Squadron 2.0s.
We laser scanned the factory bumper and the OEM bezel, then 3D printed more than 100 versions of this bracket and tested them with a bunch of different lights. Somewhere along the way we asked ourselves: why settle?
So we stopped printing and started machining. Each mount is cut from a solid chunk of 6061-T6 billet aluminum, so it holds aim over washboard roads, trail vibration and highway miles. Then it gets a black UV-stable hard coat anodize that won't fade, chalk or chip the way paint and powder coat do.
For the light, we went with the most popular pod on the market right now: the Baja Designs Squadron 2.0. The Sport puts out 3,200 raw lumens and throws light farther than the previous Squadron. Want to light up every jackrabbit in the county? Go Pro: 5,921 raw lumens, more than even Baja's XL Pro.

Driving/Combo is a balanced beam with good reach and spread for mixed trail and road use. Wide Cornering is a wider beam that lights up tight trails, switchbacks and the sides of the truck. Clear gives the most raw brightness. Baja Amber cuts glare in dust, fog and rain.
Both models have Baja's IP69K waterproof rating, uService design (field-replaceable lenses and reflectors) and a 9-color backlight, which still shows with our billet mount installed.

Fitment
Fits all 2024, 2025 and 2026+ Toyota Tacoma (4th Gen) trims: SR, SR5, TRD PreRunner, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, Limited, TRD Pro and Trailhunter, including i-FORCE MAX hybrid models.
Fits Baja Designs Squadron 2.0 Sport and Pro only. Does not fit other lights, including Squadron SAE, Squadron-R or first-gen Squadron.

Baja Designs wiring harness is not included.
Installation
Plan on 2–3 hours, including wiring. We highly recommend removing the front bumper.
- Use the included template to trim a small section of the bumper opening. No tabs or mounting points are cut, and the factory trim will still cover the opening if you remove the mounts later.
- Remove the Baja Designs bezel from each Squadron 2.0.
- Mount the billet bracket to the light using the same screws the Baja bezel used.
- Install the mounts with the stainless backing plates and screws, then wire the lights.
